Good buy!

Have had the Bold for a few weeks now. Ideal for our large family, no more forgotten keys. Bought together with the Connect, so we can also open the door remotely if necessary. And also very nice that you can give people access at certain times. We are very happy with it!

Absolutely thrilled!

I've been using my Bold cylinder for a few months now and I'm really impressed. The quality is excellent, the system works flawlessly, and the customer service is also top-notch! I initially ordered the wrong cylinder, but the return process was absolutely smooth and uncomplicated. Many other manufacturers could really learn a thing or two from this! About the system itself: I initially had minor difficulties activating it when I got home – but that was due to a configuration error on my part. The operation is pretty self-explanatory if you follow the instructions. Since then, everything has worked flawlessly and very reliably. Conclusion: An all-round successful product with excellent service. I can absolutely recommend Bold!

Amazing hassle free enter!

Works as a charme, not sure what the extra’s are for the elite version. But I love the fact that i always be able to enter the house.

Very good product with a small “but”

We initially purchased the Elite Bundle for the front door of our garden shed and have now converted the patio door into an additional entrance and fitted it with a Bold Elite. Delivery and installation were really easy, and the products make a very high-quality impression. The reason I'm only giving it 4 stars is that the automatic unlocking when approaching our garden doesn't really work, nor does the notification. Perhaps others have had this experience, which would be a reason to contact support for an "improvement." Ultimately, though, we have absolutely no regrets about the purchase.

Great smart lock and excellent service

Great smart lock with top service! I am very satisfied with the Bold Elite Smart Lock. The installation was surprisingly easy, even without technical knowledge. Everything was clearly explained and within a short time the lock was hanging securely on the door. What was also very nice: via the Bold connect the lock was quickly connected to the internet, truly plug & play, without any hassle. Within a few minutes everything worked perfectly, even remotely. The app was also installed and connected in no time and is clear and well-arranged. During installation, one screw appeared to be missing, but this was resolved very quickly via customer service. Via WhatsApp I received friendly and effective contact immediately, truly top service! Due to this positive experience, I have now also purchased a second lock. It provides a lot of convenience and a safe feeling, and is of good quality. In the meantime, it has also proven to be safe and convenient. During a day out, our fire alarm went off. We were able to let the alarmed neighbors in remotely and check our house quickly. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and smart door solution!
